•Matter-Centric Workspaces - Template-based and scalable. Set automatic document type foldering and transparent profiling organization. Drag and drop support, mashups supported, external sharing capability and dynamic discovery search analysis.

•Includes all basic DMS features. Globally accessible from any Internet-connected device, including smart phones. Check-in and check-out concurrency control, customizable profiling, version control, permissions, full-text and profile searching, history, recently opened/edit/added lists, navigational folders, etc.

•Email Management - An add-on service displaying folders and workspaces within MS Outlook for filing and archiving. Single instance storage, email search, move/copy from Outlook and Workspace views within Outlook. Outlook Save and Insert buttons are also available as well as email to folders supported. Email from NetDocuments is MAPI-compliant supporting Lotus Notes, MS Outlook or Novell GroupWise.

•Collaboration- Email notifications, threaded discussions, email in/out, global sharing, calendaring, activity tracking, password management, branding, external user administration and setup.
