Freshdesk is a super-user friendly help desk system that enables multi-channel support (phone, email, chat, Twitter, forums and Facebook). It includes forums, a self-service portal and a knowledge base.

Freshdesk also enables support agents to log the time they spend on tickets with automatic start and stop timers. Time sheets can be generated for individual customers.

Freshdesk is free forever for your first support agent. Additional agents start at $9 per agent.
