You can print QCards and use them as cover sheets for document identification when scanned with a network scanner. By pointing Content Central on existing electronic files you ensure that the documents will remain organized and protected. Capture any file remotely or locally using a convenient drag and drop interface. Uploaded content and scanned images will automatically be filed and named as they are captured. The zonal recognition engine is able to extract the information from the scanned documents as well as recognizing text or barcodes .

Access your information from any computer on the network with a standard Web browser. View your information on site even when you're off site when you provide internet access to Content Central.

The content, including the documents, is editable with just a single mouse click. Using the check-out feature, you are guaranteed document revisions not to be lost. All your changes will from here on be tracked.

A powerful workflow and approval-processing engine simplifies your business processes. Users reject or approve documents that arrive in the approval queue. By the help of the automated notifications, users will be alerted when documents that are in their queue are about to reach a deadline. You can define Retention policies for each of the document collections in the system. The expired documents are instantly removed.

Find documents you are searching for by the search of single words in the document. This even works if the document originally was in form of paper. Content Central allows you to index fields used for document classification to help you find documents , such as PO Number, Vendor Name, Invoice Number.
